Error "Credit Account ID entered is not a PPF Account" at the Time of PPF Loan Repayment

ERROR "CREDIT ACCOUNT ID ENTERED IS NOT A PPF ACCOUNT" AT THE TIME OF PPF LOAN REPAYMENT

An error is coming while Loan Repayment of PPF like"Credit Account ID entered is not a PPF Account".

The error appears like screen shoot given below:-

Before analysis this error. We should learn the process of Loan Repayment of PPF. The process is given here.

• Menu Shortcut - CPDTM
• Function Add
• Tran Type / Sub-Type - Cash Receipt / Transfer Customer Induced
• Type – Principal Repayment / Loan Interest Repayment
• Click on Go
• Cr A/c ID – PPF A/c ID
• Amount
• Click on Submit for Verification. Note Both Tran IDs
• Supervisor To Verify – Menu Shortcut – CPDTM; Function – Verify

Solution of Error :- User are entering PPF Loan Account in Credit Account No. (Cr). This is the reason of appearing error. 

Please use PPF account no. instead of PPF Loan Account in Credit Account.
